Are you ready to step back a little from your busy, stressful life to give yourself space and TimeOut to relax your mind, body and spirit?
By reducing the tension you are holding in your body and mind you may find more pleasure in all you do…
The beauty of all I offer can be mixed, matched and intertwined to suit you. I can work with you for a few hours or a lifetime...
I was born in Cumbria, spending my formative years in that beautiful part of the world before moving to North Yorkshire and then to the almost as beautiful Derbyshire. After 20 years in a catering environment I became as skilled in cooking and presenting food as in managing people or a business:
Growing as an aromatherapist still excites me after more than ten years, as does developing my garden design skills and knowledge of plants.Training at Broomfield College was an excellent starting point

I am part of the Transition Belper Station Crew. We grow and maintain five areas of garden at the station in a sustainable manner. This community area is a space to enjoy our local children’s creativity in pictures and a beautiful mosaic.
I recognise there are many people who do their best to live and work in a responsible and sustainable manner as I do, and work with nature and its cycles to live a happy, balanced life. |
Plants, colours and smells link my love of aromatherapy with a deep satisfaction in watching gardens grow, and a passion for preparing, cooking and eating with friends!
